The Gift Goes On

Come get a start on your holiday shopping and “shop with a purpose” at this annual fundraiser for our Karis Adoption Fund. Many local vendors will be present with an amazing variety of goods, and all vendors donate at least 20 percent of their profits to this fund, which is used to place children in homes permanently. Don’t miss the homemade treats table as 100 percent of profits go toward this ministry. You’ll also want to check out the auction and raffle which will contain fabulous prizes such as a week in vacation homes! All this plus some of OKC’s best food trucks! Mark it down!

Opening Night

Opening Night, which kicks off the Christmas season, has become a much anticipated event in our community. This year we are adding attractions! There will be a ride-along story, petting zoo, fire pits for roasting s’mores, puppet theater, food trucks, jazz trio, photo booth and Christmas concert. 

Attractions are open from 5 pm-6:15 pm and 7:45 pm-9 pm.

The concert will be at 6:30 pm in the worship center and will be an interactive musical experience for all.

Community Remembrance Service

Community Remembrance Service

If you have lost a friend or loved one, you are invited to come celebrate his or her life at this service. Bob Willis, certified grief counselor, leads the service. You are invited to choose an angel from the Christmas tree in memory of your loved one. There will be a time of fellowship and refreshments afterward. Candlelight Services

Celebrate Christmas Eve and the birth of our Savior with your family and friends at the annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. You will enjoy special music, and the children will be invited to come on stage to hear Pastor Rick read a Christmas book that has been written and illustrated by Council Road members. The evening culminates by celebrating Jesus’ birth in the Worship Center that is awash with the glow of candlelight. We have two identical services - one at 6 p.m. and one at 11 p.m.

Holy Land Trip

Holy Land Trip

Join Pastor Rick and Teri Thompson on a trip to the Holy Land on April 20 - 30, 2020, with an optional trip to Jordan on April 30 - May 4, 2020. Cost is $1,985 for Israel, double occupancy, and an additional $900 for the Jordan extension. Sights include Jaffa, Mount Carmel, Megiddo, Nazareth, Galilee, Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, Beit Shean, Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, the Mount of Olives, the Western Wall, Bethlehem, Mt. Zion, Golgotha, the Garden Tomb, Dead Sea, Qumran Caves and more!  Cost doesn’t include airfare, lunch, gratuity, insurance or visa expenses into Jordan. 

Register now with a $335/person deposit, with an additional $825/person due by November 12, 2019, and the final $825/person due by February 12, 2020. Please add $300 to each payment if you wish to sign up for the Jordan portion of the trip. Single occupancy fee is $870/person due at final payment. Kids Camp 2019

Who: 3rd-5th graders (grade completed)

Cost: $150

Dates: June 28-July 1

Arrive and Check-in: June 28 between 8:00-8:30 am.

Return: July 1 around 7 pm.  

Kids Camp 2019 is at Crosstimbers in Davis, OK (near Falls Creek). It is a mission adventure camp for kids who have completed 3rd-5th grades. It is a week filled with fun, friends, and learning about God. Kids will experience new challenges through fun camp activities, such a s archery and zip lining, as they learn biblical principles for worship, missions, evangelism, and life. The cost is $150. A Crosstimbers Waiver, a CRBC Waiver, and a Medication Authorization must be turned in by camp check-in.

There is a mandatory Pre-Camp Parent Meeting Sunday, June 23 after 10:15 worship service in the Kids’ Worship Room on the 3rd Floor of the Children’s Building.

Who: Kids who have completed kindergarten thru 5th grade

When: Monday, June 10 to Friday, June 14

Time: 9:00Am - 3:00PM

Cost: $40

Our morning VBS is FREE for any child who has completed kindergarten through 5th grade (9:00 AM to Noon). 

Our sports camp cost $40 and includes lunch, snacks, and a t-shirt. Kids may focus on basketball, cheerleading, soccer, or volleyball for the week (Noon to 3:00 PM)

Online registration has closed to help us get ready for the first day of VBS & Sports Camp. But it is not too late to join the fun! Click HERE to print a registration form to expedite in-person registration.

Everyone in the Bethany community is welcome to attend the annual Easter Family Fun Day on Saturday, April 20, from 10-12 at the Cube, 7903 NW 30th Street. Graded Easter egg hunt schedule is as follows:

10:15 a.m. 0-2 years old
10:30 a.m. 3 years old to Kindergarten
10:45 a.m. 1st - 3rd grade
11:00 a.m. 4th - 5th grade
