We are now in week 3 of our 4-week series talking on the challenges of life, and how we can walk by faith even in the midst of disappointment, grief, physical suffering and mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. This will be a very practical series that will be beneficial whether you personally are walking through a difficult season or have someone close to you who is in the midst of a storm. We will meet in the Chapel at 6:15p.
Guest Speaker is Phoebe Barron
We are continuing a four-week series tonight talking on the challenges of life, and how we can walk by faith even in the midst of disappointment, grief, physical suffering and mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. This is a very practical series that will be beneficial whether you personally are walking through a difficult season or have someone close to you who is in the midst of a storm.
Tonight, our guest speaker is CRBC's own Phoebe Barron! Phoebe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Bethany, OK. She also serves as an associate professor of counseling at Central Baptist Seminary and is a doctoral student at Truett Seminary at Baylor. She loves to show how understanding God and ourselves better is the foundation of discipleship in Christian life. Phoebe lives with her husband Jeff and their three children—Vivian, Charlie, and Harris along with their miniature golden-doodle, Willow.
