At the October 30 meeting for Council Road's Celebrate Recovery group, those who have lost loved ones to a drug overdose will place a painted rock at the foot of the cross in the courtyard. The person placing the rock will have painted the name of their loved one along with a meaningful scripture and other reminders of that person.
